Bio Sketch

Alessandro Amoroso is Associate Professor at the the University of Bologna. He is member of the Department of Computer Science since 1994, and he got his laurea degree in physics at the same university in 1987.

The main research areas are:

• distributed systems (and their security aspects);
• multimedia systems;
• mobile devices.

He participated to several scientific projects of National Research Council (CNR), National Energy Board (ENEA) and University of California at San Diego (UCSD).
