Submission Instructions

Papers must be preliminary registered on EDAS by February 20, 2013, February 28, 2013, 11:59pm EDT.

All the registered papers can be uploaded on EDAS by February 28, 2013, March 6, 2013, 11:59pm EDT.

Papers should contain original material and not be previously published, or currently submitted for consideration elsewhere, and should strict follow these submission guidelines:

  • All the sumbissions must be in PDF format, and must be formatted according to the standard IEEE Computer Society 8.5" x 11" page, two-column format. The IEEE LaTeX and Microsoft Word templates, as well as related information, can be found at the IEEE Computer Society website.
  • The page limit is six (6) pages, including text, figures, references, and appendices. Paper longer than 6 pages will not be considered for peer review. The font size used in the text of the submission must not be smaller than 10 points.
  • PDF files must have version 1.4 or higher and must embed all the fonts. Autors are allowed to use colors for text/figures in their submission, but they must be sure that the paper prints clearly on standard black-and-white printers.

Accepted papers will appear in the main proceedings of IEEE WoWMoM 2013 and published by the IEEE.

IEEE TCSIM will sponsor the CORAL 2013 Best Student's Paper Award!

A fast track issue will be hosted on the Elsevier's Pervasive and Mobile Computing (PMC) Journal (Impact Factor 2012: 1.250) for extended versions of selected high quality papers.
