Via Zamboni 33 is the location of the main offices of the university. The lunch buffet will be served at La Scuderia, in Piazza Verdi 1 ================================================= OBJECTIVES ================================================== The meeting is an opportunity for exchange of views, on strategies and objectives, and discussions for possible cooperation on ICT. Inria is also one of the leading site in the EIT ICT Labs initiative (http://www.eitictlabs.eu/), within the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (a kind of "ICT department" in the "European MIT" strongly advocated by EU president Barroso). EIT ICT Labs aims at innovation in research and education. The meeting will thus also be an occasion for learning about this initiative, and other initiatives with related goals such as the Bologna ICT Technopole. During the meeting two conventions, for the exchange of students and researchers, will be signed: one between INRIA the Faculty of Science, the other between INRIA and DEIS. The University of Bologna and INRIA have already established a strong link with the creation, in January 2010, of the joint Research Team Focus (http://focus.cs.unibo.it/bin/view/Main/ProjectNews). The activities of Focus, after about a year of existence, will be described. ========================================================== SCHEDULE =========================================================== 10:00 Welcome [I.
