What is an "accrocchio" ?

Line

Nobody ever saw an accrocchio, though many have tried to give it a definition.

Commonly speaking, an accrocchio is: "something that high, that wide and that long, which lasts that long and is used for this".

In this case, the previous accrocchio is... the solar system (click here if you are in Europe): the sun is the high brace-like object on the left (too wide to picture it completely), then there is a tiny point one can hardly see which is planet Mercury, then comes planet Venus, the Earth (it's pointed to by an arrow so that the picture can be part of my address: Planet Earth ), Mars and so on as far as Pluto, which is again an hardly visible point.
