ACM Q2SWinet 2007 Regular Paper Camera Ready Instructions Congratulations for the acceptance of your paper to Q2SWinet 2007. The paper size must be 8 pages for each regular paper (with up to 2 extra pages at 100 US$ each) and 4 pages for each Poster (short) paper (with up to 1 extra page for 100 US$ each). The camera ready version and the signed copyright form for your paper must be sent within the: Camera Ready Deadline and Copyright form deadline: August 4, 2007, 12.00am EST (NY time) See instructions and copyright form at the link indicated below. Please prepare the camera-ready copy of your manuscript for 8.5" x 11" paper following the proceedings guidelines in the link below (proceedings templates to create camera-ready copy are available in Word, Frame Maker, and LaTex). Name your file using the file name (paper number) you will receive on Monday July 23 (from Q2SWinet chairs or from Ms. Lisa Tolles, Sheridan Printings). Be sure to format your document for American Letter (8-1/2x11). Please check that your submission adheres to the set page limit for your type of submission (see above). Please note: It is of particular importance that you leave sufficient space in the lower left corner of the first column on the first page for ACM to fill in the copyright information (more instructions on the guidelines) The ACM copyright form must be printed out, signed, and returned with your paper. In those cases where there is more than one author per paper, the first-named (responsible) author only must sign. Note that at least ONE AUTHOR must register within the Author Registration Deadline: August 10, 2007 and must attend and present the paper to the Q2SWinet 2007 Workshop presentation in Chania (Crete Island).
